TRUSTS AND ESTATES

Senior attorney/partner with $100-$150K in portables for MD suburban business law firm. Minimum $100K in referred T & E work to put on attorney's plate. Must have LL.M. in tax and experience in matters related to estate planning/business, GRITS/GRATS, guarantor trusts, generation skipping, succession planning elder law, planning and non-traditional partnerships and unions. MD and DC Bars a must, VA Bar a plus. Will service firm's local and regional clients.

LITIGATION

Mid-level associate for DC office of international law firm . Opportunity to work on cutting edge commercial, white collar, and telecomm matters generated not only in DC but from offices throughout the firm so key players know you when recommended for partnership, which is a reality. Will have opportunity to first chair trials at an earlier stage than given at most law firms and will run cases. Congenial office with no attrition.
